Vic Hill attends HTF's Championship Weekend at I-75 Raceway
Mosheim, Tennessee’s Vic Hill unloaded his Estes Bros. Construction No. 1 Longhorn Chassis Late Model at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Friday evening for the doubleheader weekend with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
With Friday’s preliminary event kicking off the tour’s Championship Weekend, Hill squeezed into the opener with the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat race. Chasing a $10,000 payday, Vic rolled to a 16th-place finish.
On Saturday, Vic followed up the eight-fastest time in his 16-car group with a fourth-place finish in his heat. Starting the $20,000-to-win Championship Weekend in 15th, Hill surrendered one spot in the 50-lap affair to finish 16th.
