Early exit in Pete Abell Memorial at Ponderosa Speedway

Vic Hill invaded Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Ky.) on Friday afternoon for the Valvoline Iron-Man Series-sanctioned Pete Abell Memorial. With 24 cars entered, Hill secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with a second-place finish in his B-Main after failing to transfer out of his heat. Rolling off 22nd, Vic was an early retiree from the 50-lapper on the second circuit.
