September 6, 2020 - Vic Hill bags fourth place finish in Fall Nationals opener at Smoky Mountain
Taking part in the Labor Day weekend doubleheader, Vic Hill visited Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Saturday night for the Schaeffer’s Fall Nationals sanctioned program. With 23 cars on hand for the Rockin’ with the Stars Hall of Fame 100, Hill laid down the fastest lap in his time trial group, which positioned him on the pole for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. After jumping out to a commanding lead, Vic made contact with the wall on lap 27 while trying to avoid a lapped-car that dropped him back to fourth, trailing Mike Marlar, Austin Kirkpatrick, and Dale McDowell across the line with David Payne coming in fifth. 1The following night at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tenn.) for the Buddy Rogers Memorial, Vic secured his spot into the main event with second fastest time in his qualifying group behind Donald McIntosh. With $4,400 on the line, Hill suffered a flat tire on lap 40 while running in third that sent him into the pit area. Coming from the tail of the field for the final four circuits, Vic Hill salvaged an eighth place outing.

August 13, 2020 - Hill attends North/South weekend at Florence Speedway
Wednesday night found Vic Hill in action at Florence Speedway (Union, Ky.) for the 34th annual Ralph Latham Memorial. Drawing 53 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries, Vic came in seventh in his heat race, giving him one last shot at the opening night feature with a B-Main appearance. 1On Thursday afternoon for the North/South Shootout, Hill timed in 10th fastest in his group before coming two spots shy of a transfer position in his heat with a fifth place finish. Needing a second place finish or better in his B-Main to make the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Vic slipped back to a ninth place outing.

He was a scratch from Friday and Saturday night’s Sunoco Race Fuels North/South 100.

July 25, 2020 - Vic Hill lands Top 5 finish in Southern Nationals finale at Tazewell
1Vic Hill returned with the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals on Friday evening at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) to compete in the final two rounds of the 12-race miniseries at two tracks in the Volunteer State. In a field of 26 cars, Hill fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a fifth place finish, transferring him into the B-Main. Picking up a 10-lap consolation win over Riley Hickman, Vic locked into the 17th-starting position for the main event. With $10,053 on the line, Hill improved six spots in the 53-lapper to place 11th.

The following night at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tenn.), Vic came in sixth fastest in his group before placing third in his heat. Starting the $10,053-to-win finale in 12th, Hill advanced forward eight spots to register a fourth place finish behind Dakotah Knuckles, Michael Chilton, and Ryan King with Brandon Overton coming in fifth. July 13, 2020 - Sixth place finish in Southern Nationals stop at Bulls Gap
On Monday afternoon at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) for the third round of the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals slate, Vic locked his spot into the $3,500-to-win A-Main with the fastest time in his qualifying group. July 11, 2020 - Hill opens Southern Nationals slate with Top 10 finish at SMS
Friday night saw Vic Hill in action at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) to kick off the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals. In a field of 35 cars, Hill followed up the eighth fastest time in his qualifying group with a second place finish in his heat behind Tyler Millwood. 1On Saturday afternoon at Wythe Raceway (Rural Retreat, Va.) for another $10,053-to-win A-Main, Vic posted a third place finish in his heat, which positioned him sixth on the starting grid for the main event. Running into trouble early, Hill was an early retiree from the 53-lapper on lap 19 while running in the Top 10.

July 4, 2020 - Vic Hill bags a pair of seventh place finishes with Iron-Man Series
1On Friday evening Vic Hill was one of 20 Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Series entries on hand at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tenn.) for the Firecracker 40. Recording the fastest time in his qualifying group, Hill locked into the second-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Jumping into the lead on the drop of the green flag, Vic led the first 23 circuits till him and another competitor tangle while battling for the top spot. Rebounding late in the 40-lapper, Hill salvaged a seventh place finish.

The following night at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) for the Independence 40, Vic secured his spot into the A-Main with the fourth fastest time in his group. With $5,000 on the line in the feature, Hill improved one spot in the 40-lap affair to place seventh.

June 26, 2020 - Hill attends Tennessee's Action Track 50 at 411 Motor Speedway
1 Vic Hill made the short trip to 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Tennessee’s Action Track 50. In a field of 38 cars, Hill came in third fastest in his group before slipping back to an eighth place finish in his heat. Slated to start near the tail of his B-Main for one last shot at the $12,000-to-win A-Main, Vic elected to save equipment and scratched from the 12-lapper.

June 20, 2020 - Vic Hill lands Top 10 finish with World of Outlaws at Volunteer Speedway
1Friday night found Vic Hill in action at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series doubleheader. Drawing 33 cars, Hill fell two spots short of a transfer position in his heat with a sixth place finish. Transferring the Top 3 from the B-Main into the opening night feature, Vic logged a sixth place outing.

Returning on Saturday evening for another $10,000-to-win A-Main, Vic edged his way into the finale with the fourth and final transfer spot in his heat. Wheeling his way into the Top-10, Hill improved six spots in the 50-lapper to place 10th.

June 13, 2020 - Hill follows LOLMDS to SMS for Mountain Moonshine Classic

May 30, 2020 - Toyota Knoxville 50 Brings Hill to Tazewell Speedway
1For the second half of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) Reopening Tour, Vic Hill headed to East Bay Raceway Park (Tampa, Fla.) on Monday afternoon for the Geico East Bay Nationals. Coming three spots shy of a transfer position in his heat with a seventh place finish, Hill transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the opening night feature. Needing to place third or better, Vic logged an eighth place outing.

The following night, Vic followed up the 14th fastest time in his group with a seventh place finish in his heat. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the $7,000-to-win A-Main, Hill logged a fifth place outing.

After scratching from Wednesday night’s finale, Hill returned to action on Saturday evening at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tenn.) for the event co-sanctioned by the Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Late Model Series and the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals. Drawing 29 cars for the Toyota Knoxville 50, Vic came in ninth fastest in his group before grabbing the fourth and final transfer spot in his heat. May 19, 2020 - Hill Competes in Opening Night of Golden Isles Nationals
Tuesday night saw Vic Hill return to action at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Ga.) as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) Reopening Tour came to life. Drawing 43 cars for the Optima Batteries Golden Isles Nationals, Hill registered the 17th fastest lap in his time trial group before coming in ninth in his heat. May 2, 2020 - Vic Hill Attends Dirt Showdown at Boyd's Speedway
1With the promoters and track officials mandating several precautionary measures to hold the event during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Vic Hill visited Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Ga.) on Saturday afternoon for the Dirt Showdown. In a field of 36 cars, Hill secured his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with the sixth fastest lap in his time trial group. Earning the 11th-starting position, Vic dropped six spots in the 50-lap affair to register a 17th place outing.

February 10, 2020 - DIRTcar Nationals Bring Hill to Volusia Speedway Park
1Vic Hill headed to Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Fla.) on Monday afternoon for the 49th annual DIRTcar Nationals. Following the seventh fastest lap in his time trial group, Hill recorded an 8th place finish in his heat. Sending the Top 2 from the B-Main into the $7,000-to-win A-Main, Vic fell short with a 6th place finish.

February 8, 2020 - Vic Hill Begins 2020 Season at East Bay Raceway Park
1On Monday evening Vic Hill made the trek to East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Fla.) to kick off the 2020 season with the 44th annual Wrisco Winternationals. In a stout field of 62 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries, Hill laid down the 19th fastest lap in his time trial group before placing 7th in his heat. Needing a 2nd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the opening night feature, Vic logged a 20th place outing.

For the third round of the Wrisco Winternationals on Wednesday evening, Hill slipped back to an 11th place outing in his heat race sending him into the B-Main. Slated to start near the tail, Vic was a scratch from the event to prepare for the remainder of the week.

On Saturday afternoon Vic returned to action for the final round of the 44th annual Wrisco Winternationals. After getting spun around in his 10-lap heat race, Hill elected to sit out his 12-lap consolation event.

December 12, 2019 - Hill Closes Out 2019 Campaign
Vic Hill traveled to a total of 26 events during the 2019 season behind the wheel of the Vic Hill Race Engines No. 1 Late Model entry. Losing four of his scheduled dates to Mother Nature, Hill registered one Top-5 finish and six Top-10 outings.

November 1, 2019 - Vic Hill Mourns the Loss of His Brother, Clint
1It is with the deepest sadness and regret that Vic Hill and the Hill family, report the untimely passing of Vic's younger brother, Clint Hill. Clint passed away late Thursday night, when his personal plane, crashed just four miles from the Barkley Regional Airport in Paducah, Kentucky.

"My brother was my best friend. He was a great family man, a great brother, and just a amazing person. This is the hardest thing I've ever faced, and I just ask everyone to please keep Clint's wife and children, and our whole family in your thoughts and prayers," Vic Hill said on Friday morning.

Clint Hill leaves behind a loving wife, Kathy and five beautiful children, Graham, Seth, Cooper, Olivia and Jacob.

At this time, the final arrangements for Clint are not yet available.

October 12, 2019 - Vic Hill Attends Dixie Shootout at Dixie Speedway
1On Saturday evening Vic Hill invaded Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned Dixie Shootout. With 39 Super Late Models registered in for action, Hill logged a 7th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Falling short of a transfer spot, Vic was granted the Miller Welders Fast Time provisional. Holding his spot for all 50-laps, Vic Hill recorded a 24th place outing.

Sunday’s Rome Showdown at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia) fell victim to Mother Nature.

October 5, 2019 - Hill Records 10th Place Finish with World of Outlaws at 411

September 7, 2019 - Hill Attends World 100 at Eldora Speedway
1 Vic Hill made the trek to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday afternoon kicking off the 49th annual World 100. Drawing 98 Super Late Models for a pair of preliminary features, Hill dropped one spot in his heat race logging an 11th place finish. Needing a 2nd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the preliminary feature, Vic fell short with an 11th place outing.

Returning on Friday afternoon for another round of preliminary features, Vic posted an 8th place finish in his heat transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Sending the Top 2, Hill logged an 8th place finish.

Slated to start near the tail of his heat race on Saturday for the final night of the World 100, Hill was a scratch from the 15-lapper.
